I will meet with you to personally discuss your ideas and get a clear understanding of your vision for your space and provide feedback on what is achievable and other possibilities. We will discuss budget and I’ll provide guidance on if the scope of works align with your proposed budget.

Design & Documentation
Following your consultation, should you want to work with me, I will offer you a quotation tailored to the design and documentation stage of your project. Transparency is paramount to me, so I will be forthcoming about my current schedule and provide you with a potential start date. It's crucial to recognise that each project is unique, and the planning and preparation of documentation can vary significantly. Depending on the scope of works and whether planning approval is required, this process can take 6-12 months.
On-going Consulting and Mentoring
Are you already working with a building designer, architect or interior designer and need guidance on the build process, to help you understand the tender process with builders and help deciding on what builder to work with. I offer a number of consulting packages, whether its a once-off meeting to review you plans, or to provide on-going support through out the build journey. Once all plans and documents are created we can now look at connecting you with a partnered builder or through my company Merge Building
